Before starting any project, clients receive a written proposal or invoice outlining the scope of work, pricing, and delivery schedule. Once accepted, it becomes a binding agreement between the client and Hailing Art LLC.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms provided. We accept payments through secure gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, and major credit/debit cards. A non-refundable advance or deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to initiate all projects. Work will begin only after payment confirmation.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of the project and may vary based on client feedback, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any delay caused by incomplete information or client-side inactivity is not the responsibility of Hailing Art LLC.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and timely approvals for the successful completion of their projects. Hailing Art LLC will not be liable for project delays resulting from late client responses or incomplete materials.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, and designs created by Hailing Art LLC remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership rights of custom deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Revisions & Approval

Projects include a specific number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may result in additional charges. Once final approval is provided, further edits are considered new work.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. If a client cancels a project after it has started, the client remains responsible for payment of completed work and associated costs up to the cancellation date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hailing Art LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free service.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain services may integrate or depend on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, APIs, payment processors). Hailing Art LLC is not responsible for the performance or policies of these external services. Clients are encouraged to review their respective terms before use.

12. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ information. Any data shared with us for project purposes will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

13. Termination of Services

Hailing Art LLC reserves the right to terminate any project or account if the client violates these Terms, engages in illegal activities, or acts in a manner detrimental to our reputation or business operations.

15. Governing Law
