At Hailing Art LLC, we value client satisfaction and transparency in all our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and project cancellations are handled for all products and services provided through our website (hailingart.net) and official business operations.
All payments for our services, including web design, branding, digital marketing, or software development, must be made in accordance with the invoice or contract terms provided. Payments can be completed through secure methods such as credit/debit card, bank transfer, or authorized online payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, etc.).
To initiate a project, a non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is required to secure scheduling and resource allocation. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and covers preliminary setup, design, and planning efforts.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Refunds are not applicable once a project has entered the active design, coding, or delivery phase, as significant time and resources are allocated immediately upon project commencement.
Clients may request cancellation in writing via email to info@hailingart.net. If the project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be issued. Once development or production has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway’s policies.
Clients are requested to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly through direct communication. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of services or additional legal actions if necessary.
Since most of our work involves customized digital designs, software, or creative materials made specifically for each client, such deliverables cannot be resold or repurposed. Therefore, they are non-refundable once approved or delivered.
Hailing Art LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, with the “Last Updated” date reflecting the latest version.
